Need a certified SN Expert Application Developer well versed in PSDS to work with ETS Application Development Team to assist with building, configuring, and maintaining Enterprise Portal and associated applications. The resource will be expected to develop and grow the existing application development team in their skills and availabilities and serve as an expert resource in the platform.
- Expert resource in ServiceNow development to guide development teams through all steps of a development project in the PSDS environment.
- Expert resource in ServiceNow development to advise on the configuration of the State Enterprise Portal environment.
- Expert resource to provide knowledge transfer and training to development teams on PSDS environment.
- Expert resource to provide escalation support for the development team with regard to ServiceNow issues.
- At least 4-5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Public Sector experience a plus.
- Licensing, Permitting, Inspection experience a plus.
